We are not driven by paid staff as many other churches are. We have one person who oversees the network, but the majority of the traditional pastoral work takes place within our house churches. This means that each house church works to release the Spiritual gifts of the people within that specific house chruch towards teaching, shepherding, pastoring, worship, discernment, prayer, etc, etc.
Each house church has a person or couple who facilitates the house church, which means they work to help this church to function as a body on its own.
