Conflict Resolution Training:

About:  Our district has recognized that a large portion of the issues they are involved in within the local church is related to non-moral, or non-sin based conflict.  For example, people have varying understandings or preferences towards a certain style of music or programming choices.  Due to this insight the district has stepped in to offer training to all Alliance Churches on how to handle non-moral conflict.  This is being offered for free to each Alliance Church in our district.

When: Sunday, November 20.

Time: From 1pm-9pm.  It will include supper.

Where: Blessings Board Room

Who: Anyone from our network that is interested.  We would prefer everyone to go through it if at all possible.  We heavily encourage the participation of the leadership team and all house church leaders.

Cost: Nothing.  It will be free to you as the $250 cost is covered by the Canadian Pacific District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.  We may ask for some money towards supper.

Sign up:  Contact Scott to sign up.  We need you to sign up by November 10th if at all possible.  This will help us ensure we have a room large enough to host the training.
